If your FICO score does not allow for Mortgage Financing at this time, then our Buy on C4D Program could be for you!
- We assist you in finding the home of your choice; one that meets our guidelines
- Finding a home where the seller is offering Contract for Deed terms is rare, so as a result, we oftentimes purchase and improve the home of your choice prior to your purchasing it from us on a C4D
- Typically there may be 1-2 homes per month that are available using our C4D Program, so please be mindful that it could take a few months to get you into your next home on a C4D
