Townhome Division Unveiled

The Scislow Group of RE/MAX Results has developed a Townhome Division as part of their marketing efforts in selling residential properties in the south metro area. The division has several purposes.

First, it offers education to potential townhome buyers through a series of free reports. Secondly, it assists single-family homeowners with their move from single family ownership to townhome living. Third, it provides our clients with a list of all townhome builders south of the river, their price ranges, development sizes and our input to builder reputation.

The reports, written by Jeff Scislow, cover a variety of townhome topics including ‘Rapid Appreciation’, ‘The Truth About Maintenance Free Living’, ‘Finding Market Value of Your Current Home’, and ‘Selecting the Right Townhome Builder for You.’ The reports are objective and discuss our specific marketplace.

“With such a demand on townhomes over the past 3 years, we felt it would be appropriate to develop an in-depth program of services for persons wishing to purchase a townhome,” Scislow said.
