Scislow Attends Star Retreat

Jeff Scislow, Realtor with RE/MAX Results, recently returned from a closed-door business meeting held in Chicago for a select group of Howard Brinton “Stars”.

The group is comprised of only 68 agents from various companies throughout the United States. Brinton, the top real estate trainer in the country, has assembled his Star Group over the past 6 years – one agent at a time, one agent per month. The criterion that Brinton uses for membership in his group is a minimum of 100 sales transactions per year or 15 million dollars in annual real estate sales. Scislow was elected to the Star Group in August of 1994.

The Star Group normally gets together to train and educate thousands of real estate agents across the country at 2 or 3 retreats held each year. The meeting in Chicago was the first ever for the Stars to get together by themselves and share their top producing ideas with each other.

Topics explored were technology uses (the move toward E-Mail and wireless communications), utilizing multiple assistants and buyers agents, profitability, increasing customer service and marketing strategies. “The energy, the brilliant minds and the comradery at the session was incredible,” said Scislow, “I’m extremely pleased to be a part of such a terrific group of professional people.”

Scislow is the Top RE/MAX Associate in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. He lists and sells homes in Dakota, Scott and Hennepin counties.
