Real Estate 2003: What’s Ahead?
Jan 08, 2003
Jeff Scislow, Realtor with RE/MAX Results, was asked to comment on his expectation for the Twin Cities’ real estate marketplace for 2003. Scislow pointed out that, “Our market had slowed in the 4th quarter 2002 and as a result a pent-up demand developed. Couple that with a mild winter and low rates, I expect we will see a solid rebound in sales activity during the 1st quarter/half of 2003. In fact, I’ve put together 4 more sales in the past 5 days,” he added.
Scislow, who focuses his sales energy in Dakota and Scott counties, has averaged nearly 120 homes sold per year for over 16 years. Jeff is reachable in his Apple Valley office at (952) 431-3900 or by email at jeff@scislow.com
