Major MLS Changes Coming

The real estate consumer has clearly identified their demand for accurate and robust information along with efficient delivery of services. As a result, the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors and Northstar MLS will be unveiling a new Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in August 2001.

“Realtors will now have access to an Internet browser-based facility which will enable them to offer their clients a vast array of advanced services,” says Jeff Scislow, RE/MAX agent and a Director of the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors.

Some enhancements include easy e-mailing of listings to clients, automatic e-mailing of new listings that hit the market and easily attaching Word documents and Adobe files to e-mail to name a few.
