Jeff Scislow, Realtor with RE/MAX Results in Apple Valley posted strong sales gains in the month of January amidst the reported drop in sales of 19 percent for the Twin Cities metro market.

“With buyers today being a bit more cautious than in previous years, it is all the more important to make our seller’s homes stand out as superior to the competition,” Scislow said in a recent interview. “Providing sellers with tips on staging their home, as well as accurate pricing information is going to be more important in 2004 than in recent years,” he added.
