The new system called RTS (Real Time Search) will enable Scislow to be informed whenever a new listing hits the market that meets the criteria of any of his active buyers.

RTS will eliminate a great deal of frustration for buyers, who, in today’s market, call on an ad, make an inquiry on the internet, or even call on a sign in the yard, only to find the home has been sold. “Now, when any home is listed on MLS our buyers will be personally telephoned within hours should this listing meet their search criteria,” Scislow said.

“In addition, our sellers will benefit from this program since, through the RTS system we attract numerous buyers to us, and ultimately to our seller’s homes,” Scislow added.
