“There has been a sharp increase in buying since August, mainly from foreigners who see the value in Florida real estate,” Scislow points out. “Our market is at the turning point, FED rates are about to soften and pent-up demand is building. Once buyers realize prices are not going lower, they will move back into the market and the bottom will have been formed. This is about to happen very soon, as evidenced by all the foreign buying and national pent-up demand,” Scislow added.
