Faster Sales in August

Jeff Scislow, RE/MAX Results Realtor, continues to sell homes faster than averages in a challenging Twin Cities market. The 8-time top individual RE/MAX agent in Minnesota sold 5 more of his listings during the month of August.

“Many of my listings have been selling in the first month on market due to a number of factors that have been incorporated into our marketing program,” Scislow said. “In addition to pricing the home correctly, properly preparing a home for the market is more important than ever,” he added.

Scislow’s average market time on the five listings he sold in August was just 40 days compared with the current industry average of over 150 days.
